Emine, the founder of Aqua Berkey Filters, has been a long-time board member of a Quebec based water advocacy group called Eau Secours! that is actively engaged in multiple issues relating to water safety and accessibility and water conservation. Some of these issues include mobilization against water fluoridation, water privatization, pipelines that threaten our drinking water, and the growing bottled water industry which has a huge environmental footprint on the planet.
